Fast Facts from the Wage and Hour Division will provide an overview of the laws enforced by the US Department of Labor’s Wage and Hour Division, including hours worked, overtime, record keeping, youth employment, and medical leave. The new PAID program will be introduced, along with ways to help employers ensure compliance within their organization. Employers should take advantage of this opportunity to get information about applicable laws from the agency that enforces them, ask questions, and provide feedback in a neutral environment.
